Meet Laura Staub
Laura Staub is an ACC-certified executive coach (International Coaching Federation) and transformation consultant based in the Paris area. She is the founder of Hoko, a coaching and consulting practice serving leaders, entrepreneurs, and organizations navigating change.
With over 15 years of experience leading complex transformation programs in 20+ countries, Laura combines deep operational expertise with a human-centered coaching approach. While founding Hoko, she has been working for 7 years in asmodee, the global board game leader (1.4B€ revenue), where she managed transformation strategy for the Executive Committee, aligned 45+ business units on common operational processes, and contributed to the operational groundwork for the €2.75B acquisition by Embracer Group.
Prior to asmodee, Laura led international transformation projects at Capgemini Invent, Lectra, and Sodexo across the energy, defense, luxury, and FMCG sectors—delivering measurable results including 44% in identified savings through Lean methodologies and up to 29% operational cost reductions.
